x Suusakeskuste AS offers the opportunity to use the slopes of the centers for alpine skiing and snowboarding during the winter season, and for this purpose, ascent with lifts (EMTAK 93299 - other amusement and leisure activities not classified elsewhere).

x The condition for using the service is to have a valid mountain pass. It is not allowed to be in the area designated for alpine skiing and snowboarding without a mountain pass (prohibited both during opening hours and outside of them). Exceptions: 1) assisting a child on the training slope without a mountain pass; 2) during events/competitions according to the arrangement. 

x To use the lift, you must always pass through the ticket gate in advance, where the validity of the ticket is checked. At the request of the staff of Suusakeskuste AS (including the lift operator, ski patrol, ski school instructor), the visitor is obliged to present their ticket to verify its validity. Refusal may result in the blocking of the mountain pass and denial of service. 

x Regarding the obligation to use services and possess a mountain pass, different conditions may apply to children visiting the center with an adult guardian, depending on age, which may vary depending on the center, may only be valid for a certain period or under certain conditions (campaigns). 

x For the Mountain Ticket, you must pay the price announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of ticket purchase. Prices announced on Suusakeskuste AS websites, catalogs, advertisements, price lists, etc., are not binding and may be changed without prior notice, including the use of dynamic pricing, for example, during promotions or to regulate the number of visitors to the center.

x To purchase a Mountain Ticket, as well as to load free ride time for a child, a reusable AXESS or SKIDATA chip card is required. Most chip cards used in other ski centers also work in the Suusakeskuste AS system (information about known exceptions is provided on the websites). If you do not have a chip card, you can purchase one according to the current price list. The card is not bought back.

x The Mountain Ticket is personal. To prove the right to possess a Mountain Ticket or to purchase an age-dependent discounted Mountain Ticket, the visitor is required to present a photo ID. Refusal may result in the ticket being blocked and service denied. The Mountain Ticket may not be resold or transferred.

x The Mountain Ticket may be valid in one or several centers, as announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of ticket purchase.

x The Mountain Ticket is valid for a certain period, calculated in hours or days (ride time), as announced by Suusakeskuste AS at the time of ticket purchase. A season ticket is valid for the entire season.

x In case of misuse of the Mountain Ticket (e.g., using another person's ticket, using a discounted Mountain Ticket without the right to do so), as well as non-compliance with safety rules (both on lifts and slopes), non-compliance with the instructions of Suusakeskuste AS personnel (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors), careless or endangering behavior towards other visitors or center employees, and in other similar cases, the Mountain Ticket may be blocked, and service denied.

x No compensation is provided for unused ride time when a Mountain Ticket is blocked.

x There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing a Mountain Ticket (either via communication means or from the ticket office), as it is a leisure service provided within a specified period (according to the Law of Obligations Act § 47 (3) p 12 and § 53 (4) p 7²).

x Generally, unused ride time is not compensated or replaced for any reason, but in extremely justified cases (e.g., injury at the ski center, with proof from a doctor), Suusakeskuste AS may make exceptions to this rule.

x By selling a Mountain Ticket, Suusakeskuste AS does not undertake that all slopes and lifts are open. Due to weather conditions, but also other factors, some slopes and lifts may be closed for the entire day and also for a longer period. Information about the expected open slopes and lifts is provided at the time of Mountain Ticket purchase. Lifts are occasionally stopped, and slopes closed without prior notice to ensure visitor safety (due to weather conditions, lift cleaning, inspection, etc.), for event organization, or other reasons. Such temporary stoppages do not warrant the return of the Mountain Ticket or compensation for unused ride time.

x In circumstances beyond the control of Suusakeskuste AS, where it was not reasonable to expect Suusakeskuste AS to consider the circumstance at the time of ticket sale (e.g., exceptional weather conditions preventing service provision, closure of business operations, or restriction of visitor numbers by a competent authority, for example, to prevent the spread of a virus), unused ride time on the Mountain Ticket is not financially compensated. In such cases, ride time can be used at another time, with Suusakeskuste AS providing detailed information on its websites for each such occurrence.

x If a competent authority has set any prerequisites for visitors to use the service (e.g., vaccination requirement, etc.), failure to meet this prerequisite by the visitor does not entitle the visitor to withdraw from the Mountain Ticket purchase, and unused ride time is not compensated in any way.

x In case of losing the chip card, the ticket is not replaced, and ride time is not compensated. For a lost season ticket, ride time is loaded onto a new chip card presented or purchased by the client, based on the purchase proof or the lost chip card number. This service is chargeable, with the price according to the current price list.

x Additional conditions apply to the season ticket, which are available on the Suusakeskuste AS websites and at ticket offices.

x Visitors are only permitted to be in the area designated for alpine skiing and snowboarding during the center's opening hours. Being on the premises outside of these hours can be dangerous (lack of lighting, maintenance work, etc.).

x The slopes of the ski center are exclusively for alpine skiing and snowboarding; all other activities are prohibited (walking, sledding, tubing, motor vehicle use, sleigh riding, etc.). 

x Alpine skiing and snowboarding, as well as the use of services provided by Suusakeskuste AS, are undertaken at the visitor's own risk and responsibility. In the case of a child, the responsibility lies with the parent or another person who allowed the child to use the ski center. The same applies to the equipment used and its adjustment to suit the rider.

x Visitors must be aware that the ski center is an environment with a higher risk of danger, where extreme sports are practiced. Therefore, before using the service, visitors must assess whether their health condition and skills are sufficient. The person responsible for the child has the obligation to make the same assessment regarding the child. 

x In alpine skiing and snowboarding, control over speed and direction is entirely up to the rider (unlike, for example, tubing or sledding), and therefore Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible if the visitor cannot brake or control their speed, resulting in a fall, collision with something (tree, post, etc.), or going off the track. The slopes of the center have notifications about the difficulty level of the descent, allowing visitors to assess its suitability for their skills before entering the slope. Visitors must consider that generally, slopes do not have safety nets or barriers, and Suusakeskuste AS is not obliged to ensure their presence.  

x In addition to having sufficient skills (speed control and braking), the visitor is obliged to follow internationally recognized rules: the International Ski Federation (FIS) Code of Conduct for Skiers and Snowboarders (available at: https://assets.fis-ski.com/f/252177/49280306c8/fis-code-of-conduct-for-skiers-and-snowboarders-en.pdf), as well as the mountain code, which is posted on the centers' websites and ticket offices. 

x By using the snow park (jumps, rails, and other freestyle skiing elements), the visitor confirms that they are aware of additional risks and are obliged to follow the snow park rules, which are posted on the centers' websites and ticket offices.

x Visitors must consider that this activity takes place in the open nature simultaneously with other visitors, and therefore the condition of the slopes can change significantly (formation of holes, bumps, hills, icing, etc.) due to weather changes and/or the activities of other visitors, even within minutes. 

x Visitors must act responsibly and considerately, and comply with the instructions of Suusakeskuste AS staff (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors) as they are given in the interest of the safety of all visitors and to prevent accidents. 

x Leaving trash on the ski center's premises is prohibited (except in designated and marked areas); leaving it in areas intended for alpine skiing and snowboarding is considered an activity that endangers other visitors.  

x Upon noticing an accident, the visitor is obliged to immediately inform the staff of Suusakeskuste AS. 

x Suusakeskuste AS strongly recommends that all visitors wear helmets. For minors, helmets are mandatory. In snow parks, helmets are mandatory for everyone. 

x When using the lift, the visitor is obliged to follow the lift usage rules posted in the boarding area, as well as follow the instructions (notice boards) provided for behavior during the ride and disembarking from the lift. The visitor is also obliged to follow the instructions of Suusakeskuste AS staff (including lift operators, ski patrol, ski school instructors) when using the lift and while in the lift queue. Among other things, instructions may be given to remove clothing items, adjust clothing for safety considerations (e.g., removing a scarf, adjusting straps) before boarding the lift. Ski school instructors and ski patrol, as well as ski school students accompanied by an instructor, have the right to use the lift without queuing. 

x Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible for any damage caused to the visitor by third parties. 

x Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible for any damage incurred by the visitor, except in cases of intent or significant failure to fulfill its obligations.  

x Suusakeskuste AS provides ski instruction services (ski school) conducted by certified ski instructors. Offering ski instruction services in the centers without the approval of Suusakeskuste AS is prohibited. The conduct of training sessions must also be pre-approved by Suusakeskuste AS, and only trainers with professional certification are accepted. 

x The terms for ordering, modifying, and canceling ski instruction are available on the websites and ticket offices of Suusakeskuste AS.

x Suusakeskuste AS provides rental services for alpine skiing and snowboarding equipment. 

x The client is obliged to provide accurate information about their skills when renting, so that suitable equipment can be recommended.

x The client is required to report their weight as accurately as possible during the rental process, which is especially important for adjusting ski bindings. By renting, the client acknowledges that they understand ski bindings do not automatically release with every fall and serve only as a measure to reduce the likelihood of injury. 

x The rented equipment is to be used solely by the client personally and only in areas designated for alpine skiing and snowboarding. They are obliged to maintain the equipment responsibly to prevent damage or loss and must not allow others to use it. Lost or damaged equipment must be compensated to Suusakeskuste AS. 

x The terms and conditions for equipment rental are available on the Suusakeskuste AS websites and at ticket offices.

x Suusakeskuste AS highly values the privacy of its clients. This privacy notice explains how personal data is collected and used and what measures are taken to protect the data. Its purpose is to help the client understand why and how we process personal data and what rights the client has regarding their personal data.

x Personal data is processed to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., accounting, responding to inquiries from public authorities), data processing necessary for providing services (pre-contractual relationships, website usage, billing, informing about circumstances affecting service provision, information exchange between centers, client identification), based on legitimate interest (service development, maintaining client relationships, marketing activities), and based on consent (newsletters, offers, web account, so-called cookies). In relation to the above, personal data (first and last name, personal identification code, document number, date of birth, photo) and contact details (phone number, email address, residential address, communication language) may be collected.

x The use of cameras is for transmitting relevant weather information, visitor numbers, and other important service consumption information via the website, as well as for ensuring visitor safety and compliance with rules (e.g., the right to have a mountain pass, use of lifts, compliance with safety rules, etc.).

x Access to personal data is granted only to Suusakeskuste AS employees who need the data to perform their job duties. Access to data outside Suusakeskuste AS is very limited and only in specific cases (for individuals providing us services, such as economic software providers, IT management and maintenance service providers, email server service providers, website administrators, payment service providers, auditors, lawyers, and also public authorities, such as police, courts, emergency centers, Data Protection Inspectorate, to whom we provide data only if we are legally obliged to do so). We do not store or transmit personal data outside the European Economic Area or to countries for which no adequacy decision has been made under Directive 95/46/EC Article 25(6) or its successor document, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Article 45(1).

x The retention periods for personal data vary: 1) camera recordings - 1 month; 2) data of individuals who have requested an offer or made other inquiries but have not established a contractual relationship - 6 months; 3) contract and service data to protect against potential disputes or to make a claim for protecting rights - 3 years; 4) accounting source documents - 7 years; 5) data for which consent has been given - until the withdrawal of consent.

x Suusakeskuste AS has established necessary legal, organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data. Physical measures: paper documents containing personal data are kept in locked rooms and cabinets, accessible only to certain employees for their job duties, and the IT systems used are sufficiently protected against physical impacts. Technical measures: use of video surveillance, work computers are protected with a password-protected screensaver when the employee leaves, and it is ensured that the IT system does not allow new login attempts after a certain number of failed attempts, and especially vulnerable systems (e.g., laptops) are sufficiently well protected (using, for example, encryption or other methods). Organizational measures: all IT system users are assigned roles and profiles; access rights are revoked when an employee leaves. If we use external service providers who process personal data, we enter into a contract with such service providers, obliging them to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data and to process personal data according to applicable legal requirements.

x Individuals have the right to know what data has been collected about them, for what purpose it is processed, to whom the data is disclosed, and how long the data is retained, as well as the rights related to data correction, deletion, and processing restriction. To respond to an inquiry, the inquirer must first be identified to ensure that information is not given to unauthorized persons. Inquiries are responded to within 30 days. Depending on the circumstances, individuals have the right to data correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. x If any provision of the terms is invalid due to a conflict with the law, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

x The legal relationships arising are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to resolution in the Tartu County Court.
